Waterstone Faucets recently brought in some of our key sales team members to our factory in California. Each member from JW Sales and MAS Sales got a first hand experience at assembling their own American made kitchen faucet and matching accessory. Waterstone feels the best way to train our team members is to educate them in how the manufacturing process works. That knowledge gives them the know how and credibility when selling out in the field. Plus we got some free labor for a few hours. The trainees included Michael Fedorinchik of JW Sales, Rachel Damron and Kent Ziemann from MAS Sales. Rachel and Kent made the 6 hour trek from Phoenix through the California desert while Michael flew in from Pontiac Michigan. We also brought in our rookie territory manager, Sarah Hill from Jacksonville Florida. Sarah joined the Waterstone team in February and is an excellent addition to the WS family. The team then got an in-depth training session with VP of Marketing and Sales, Bob “The Rev” Santella. Thanks for coming out and learning how nobody in the kitchen faucet industry does what Waterstone does…NOBODY! We really enjoyed having you all here. Big thanks to Lala, America and Susana in the assembly department for putting our team to work. They learned from the best.
